Lester M. Miller
Mr. Miller is a life long resident of Middle Georgia with 15 years experience handling legal issues. Mr. Miller’s primary practice involves representing the injured and disabled, with an emphasis on serious injuries involving automobile, motorcycle, and tractor trailer accidents. He is recognized throughout the Middle Georgia area as a leader in advocating for the rights of injured parties to insure they are protected and receive the proper benefits allowed by the law.

Mr. Miller has extensive experience at all levels of litigation having represented clients in all types of cases including personal injury, workers compensation, disability, wills and trusts divorce, criminal, and business.

Mr. Miller is committed to his profession as well as his community. He is active in the local Macon Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, Macon Trial Lawyers Association and Criminal Law Sector.

Mr. Miller is married to Toby (Halligan) Miller and a proud father of 2 children, Tyler and Landon.

Lester M. Miller graduated with honors from Southwest High School in 1987.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1991 from Mercer University.  In 1994, Mr. Miller graduated from Walter F. George Law School and received his Juris Doctor.  Mr. Miller is currently a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia admitted to practice before the following: Georgia Superior Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Courts (including Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, and Southern District of Georgia), as well as all State, Local, Superior and Municipal Courts.

 

Doye E. Green, Jr.
Mr. Green graduated from Mercer University in 1981 with a B.A. in Business.  Continuing his education with Mercer University, Mr. Green attended the Walter F. George School of Law, graduating in 1988.  Mr. Green was a member of the prestigious Mercer Law Review from 1986 to 1988.  During his time at Mercer, Mr. Green completed a law clerkship with the Honorable Judge Wilbur D. Owens, Jr. of the United States District Court, Middle District of Georgia.

Doye E. Green, Jr. is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia.  He is admitted to practice law in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, United States District Court, Middle and Southern Districts, and United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Green specializes in family law, including divorce, adoption, custody and wills, trusts and probate.  Doye E. Green, Jr. also specializes in personal injury law, criminal defense and business and debt collections.

 

Michael L. Chidester
Mr. Chidester has been practicing law in the Central Georgia area for over 20 years.  His extensive experience in law includes owning his own private practice in the early 1990’s, Assistant District Attorney and the Law Assistant to the Honorable Walter C. McMillan, Jr.  Mr. Chidester received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 1982.  In 1985, Michael L. Chidester graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law with his Juris Doctor.

Mr. Chidester is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia.  He is admitted to practice law in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court f Appeals, all Georgia Court of Special or General Jurisdiction, U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, U.S. District Courts, including Northern District of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia and Southern District of Georgia.

In addition to his impressive career, Mr. Chidester is very involved in his community.  Michael L. Chidester is a member of the Byron City Counsel and has served as on the board of the Peach County Planning and Zoning Board and Byron Better Hometown, Inc.  Mr. Chidester resides in Byron, Georgia with his wife Karla Jean Robinson and son, Kenneth.
